Welcome to our school website. We are a friendly village school with a happy, relaxed atmosphere. We provide a high quality environment where children thoroughly enjoy their learning experiences.
'What I learn with pleasure I never forget' is indeed our mission.
We believe that the partnership between parents and school is absolutely crucial to the development and self esteem of our children. Together we can ensure that they thrive and achieve their full potential.
The joy of our small school is that every child is given highly individual attention. As a staff and school community we are able to identify the children's talents and strengths, whether academic, social, sporting or artistic and develop them to the full. Praise and encouragement is vital as we celebrate our many successes.
The pleasure of learning is truly fostered here and we work hard to create a ’theme park for the mind’. We involve many members of the local community in providing an exciting and rich curriculum. Basic literacy and numeracy are taught to a very high standard ensuring our children have all the skills they require each day and for the future.
We build confident, enthusiastic learners in a nurturing and safe place. Our tolerant, polite, and responsible children are exceedingly well prepared for the next stage of their education.
